Relinquish control with just one roll!

One roll of the decision dice, that is!

I know, I know, it has been a long time since my last post. Cameron and I have both been working on non laser related projects so I’ve spared you the tedium of our other pursuits. Cameron has been building a model and I have been working on some art quilts and getting to know my new longarm. Here she is:

I call her Queenie.

Okay back to the laser. Check out these fun dice we made for a long time friend.

End grain decision dice

Here are some stills but you can see all of the images at the end of the video above.

What to do today
Woof!

We had so much fun making these and they were a hit! These could be made in “adult themes” or kid chore themes or honey-do chore themes, all kinds of possibilities tailored to the person’s interests. They measure 1.5” square and I’m almost positive they’re maple.

We have something else cooking but it’s a gift and we don’t want to spoil the secret. I’ll post stills soon. In the meantime, go make something!

Yes! You were the recipients! I wanted to wait to post photos until you had received them! We are so happy that you like your bon voyage/housewarming gift; it’s fun to create personalized gifts that celebrate life’s milestones. Cameron and I are grateful for your friendship; we will miss having you nearby but are sincerely thrilled for you and the adventures that lie ahead!

The dice are fun, huh? I want to make some that are “honey-do” themed ????. Lots of possibilities.
