If you’ve been following you know I’ve gotten into sourdough bread making and have had some decent success. We bought a knife/bread saw to tackle the crusty nature of sourdough and it seemed like a fun opportunity to use the fiber and CO2 lasers to customize it. You know I love customized items; details make all the difference!

It’s the most ginormous knife I’ve ever had and it seems like something that would cut through bone ????. This was super fun!

I should have mentioned that the soot from the CO2 laser wiped right off with a squirt of Simple Green and a paper towel.

It’s a perfect maker weekend here; I hope everybody is having as much fun as we are!
