Laser engraved, color filled greeting card

Greetings to all-just a quick post of this birthday card I sent to a treasured friend. The dragonfly is colored with Pro-Tec powder paint and I used a diluted acrylic paint to create a sort of marbled/mottled purple. If you look closely you can see the glitter I added to the body of the dragonfly.

I was looking to comment on your rotary post but I’m not seeing it here. I wanted to pass on a tip for removing masking tape after engraving. Duck Tape! After engraving, place a strip of duck tape over the masking tape, rub it in real good and peel it off! It will peel up 98% of the pieces. It’s a life saver for the little bits.

This is so weird. I have published that post five times now and it keeps boomeranging back to my drafts. Can you see it now? And also THANK YOU for the tip on the duck tape! That’s a great idea!
