Pro-Tec plus GLITTER = WOW

Okay, so I had this idea simmering all day that about adding glitter to the melted paint. In my imagination it looked awesome and, thanks to some experimenting, it DOES look awesome, at least I think it does! It’s a manual process and I personally wouldn’t endeavor to try this technique with a laser melt because it’s a lot like making sourdough bread-visual cues about “done-ness” garnered through experience are the path to success. I thought I’d share our process; I haven’t seen anyone else doing this (not that no one else is-I just haven’t seen it) so maybe it’s new to others too. I also blended blue and green powders to make a beautiful mermaid/dragonfly-like green. I am always blending paints and nail polishes and threads to try to find the dimensionality I’m seeking in a project. Enjoy!

Part 1-borderline
Part 2-Kinda Cool
Part 3-Almost!
NAILED IT!

Cameron isn’t NEARLY as enthused about this technique as I am ????. What do you think?
