Another long but productive day in the shop for Cameron. The gantry and it’s two stepper motors as well as the laser head have been installed. I helped a TEENY bit with feeding the belts into the gantry but mostly came downstairs intermittently to ask questions. How’s it going? What’s that? What does it do? There are SO many SCREWS. Cameron is methodical, he has each size screw and washer in a different tray.

Cameron says he will have to square and align the gantry tomorrow and hopes to put in the floor. He thinks the honeycomb will need to be trimmed to fit precisely but isn’t 100% certain.
